Products & Orders

• All products are made to order and crafted after your purchase is confirmed
• Colors may slightly vary from images due to screen settings and photography
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock or production issues, with a full refund
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and JazzCash/EasyPaisa. For Bank Transfer and mobile wallet payments, the order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing takes 5–7 working days. Delivery takes an additional 2–3 working days. Ela Nur is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made items are non-refundable. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
