Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you received a wrong size, color, or a defective item, we will happily exchange it for you.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are eligible for exchange only
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or altered items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and photos of the item
- We will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping
- Once received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days
Refund Policy
As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, we will issue a store credit if an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
